Ian Thacker is the ACE Academy Director. He is also the organiser, arranger, fixer and run around! Ian ‘keeps the show on the road’.

He will only ask of people the things he is prepared to have a go at himself and participates in all the practice and fitness sessions. His enthusiasm ensures everyone is kept on their toes and that they achieve the best they are capable of at all times. Ian has many years of experience working as a cricket coach and admits that the greater part of his own teachings comes from working alongside the ‘worlds best’.
