A.C.E. believe that we are all most receptive to learning and responsive to change and new challenges when we feel secure, are not threatened and are having fun! This is the environment we will create within a structured development programme and with the support of a team of quality committed professionals.

This is a unique cricket coaching programme with the emphasis on quality. From the world class cricket arena, Bob Massie, Daryl Foster and Mike Rindell provide a superb example of quality at its best. These professionals have committed to working on the programme and are keen to have a "hands on" coaching role; other coaches of equal calibre are currently being approached. Because quality is important fitness guru Steve Smith and sport psychology and sociology teacher Sandy Gordon are part of our team. In terms of client numbers it will be quality with small numbers on all our training programmes.
